CookieTracking.com uses a headless browser to load a url and then extracts all first and third party cookies from the session. The data becomes publicly available and is searchable on the website. Users can submit urls to be scanned or browse the results of previous scans. The service is free and anonymous. We do not require any personal information.

Who is it for?

CookieTracking.com is a niche OSINT tool that's especially useful for privacy researchers and marketing professionals. As the dataset grows, analysts can find relationships between different websites for a variety of use cases, or examine the cookies being dropped by a url for interesting datapoints or trends.

What are the current limitations?

Please keep the following considerations in mind:

  • Bandwith is limited and the queue of pending scans can grow quite long. You might need to come back later to see the results of your scan.
  • Searches currently return up to 100 recent results.
  • URLs are loaded from a cloud IP addresses with a default User Agent, results are not guaranteed to be representative of human users.
How often are urls re-scanned?

You can queue a url for re-scanning by submitting it, but it will be deprioritized if the queue is long.

Is it free? Is there a premium service?

The services is provided for free. Bespoke solutions and data dumps are available for a fee upon request. Self-service premium offerings might be added in the future.
